ALL services are provided virtually based on the survey and photos you submit prior to your scheduled date.

Upon booking, you will have the option to select an available time slot in the bookings calendar.  Please note that this time slot is NOT a face-to-face consultation, but the date/time of when you will be receiving your complete analysis report via email.​

Upon payment, you will receive a link to complete a short survey and submit photos of yourself via Google Form.  The details of photo specification are included in the survey. 

The deadline to submit your survey and photos is 5 BUSINESS DAYS prior to your booked date. It is your responsibility to provide all the required information by the deadline.  Delays in completing the survey / incomplete surveys may result in delays in receiving your recommendations, or automatic cancellations.​

Basic Facial Analysis service starts at $139 USD, but the final price may vary depending on the add-on option(s) you choose.

Absolutely! The earlier the better.  Your deadline is 5 business days prior to your scheduled date, but please feel free to complete the survey and submit your photos as early as you wish.

If the current calendar shows no availability, it means that the calendar is full for the foreseeable future. Bookings for future months open at the beginning of each quarter at10 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). 

• E.g. If you're looking to schedule a booking for a time slot in June, plan to make your booking on April 1st at 10 AM PST when the Q2 calendar opens.

As bookings are reserved on a first-come-first-service basis with only a limited number of slots available, we highly recommend you to set a reminder for the next calendar opening date in order to ensure that you are able to book a time slot before the calendar fills up!

No - the reason being that while photos do a better job at capturing the proportional aspects of a face, when it comes to skin tone and coloring, photos may not always provide the most accurate representation due to various lighting conditions and other external factors.  

At this time, the services being offered are only for proportional analysis.

At this time, our services only provide hairstyle and makeup recommendations for women.  

Should there be any changes in the future, an announcement will be made via the Style Refinement YouTube channel as well as on our website.

You will receive your recommendations within the hour of your booked time slot. 
Please remember to complete your survey 5 business days prior to your scheduled date to ensure a timely delivery of results.

While we provide general guidance for a lighter / darker hair color than your natural color based on your proportional analysis, we do not provide specific recommendations for hair color based on your skin tone.

No - recommendations for accessories are not included in any type of services (jewelry, hat, glasses, sunglasses, etc.)

No - although some survey questions include questions about your current routine and condition, the purpose of these specific survey questions about your current state is to provide more accurate recommendations for hair & makeup styles, not for specific products. 

Currently, services provided only include hairstyle and makeup style recommendations. 

We hope to eventually expand our services to cover body types and wardrobe recommendations as well, but there is no specific ETA as to when the new service offering will become available.

At this time, all services are only offered virtually.  The facial analysis takes time and sufficient reviews, which a virtual consultation format is the most effective for!

Failure to submit your survey on time OR providing incomplete information on the surveys will result in potential delays or cancellations.
