Payment and Delivery

You must pay the full purchase price of the digital item before you can download it. Once your payment is processed, you will be able to download the item from our website. For consultation results, once payment is processed and you have completed your survey entirely, you will be receiving an email with the results attached in PDF format.  You are responsible for downloading and saving the item to your own device(s).

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items. However, if you experience technical difficulties with your download or believe there is an error with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
