Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Style Refinement, we strive to provide the highest quality of services to all of our clients. If you are not satisfied with the services, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and plans change. We strive to be as accommodating as possible, but in order to protect our business and schedule, please read carefully through the following cancellation policy:

​​If you need to cancel or reschedule your date / time, please let us know at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled date.   

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than 5 business days in advance, there will be no additional fees associated with your reschedule requests.  For cancellations, you will receive a refund equivalent to the total amount you paid MINUS the cost of any digital product(s) you received as a part of the service package.

  • Cancellations occurring in less than 5 business days prior your original booking date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The 50% fee is deducted from the total amount you paid MINUS the cost of any digital product(s) you received as a part of the service package:​​​​​

  • Refund upon Cancellation < 5 business days = ( Total Amount Paid - Cost of Digital Products ) x 50%

  • Refund upon Cancellation > 5 business days = Total Amount Paid - Cost of Digital Products

Failure to submit your survey and photos OR failure to provide complete information without contacting us to cancel or reschedule at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled date will result in an automatic cancellation of your consultation, with the same 50% cancellation fee applied.

Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at jenn@stylerefinement.com. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In these situations, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment or waive any cancellation fees. However, we reserve the right to use our discretion when determining whether to waive a fee.

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Refund Eligibility*

Refunds for services may be eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Our services were not delivered within the agreed-upon timeline, provided that:

    • There were no communication or prior notice of any changes

    • The information and relevant materials (i.e. images) provided by the client was complete and adequate to standards.

  • Our services were cancelled before any work was completed, with more than 5 business days' notice and agreement from both parties.

* We do not provide refunds for Digital Products or Courses / Programs.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, you must contact us at least 5 business days prior to the service completion date. Your refund request must include the following information:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • The date and details of your order.

  • The reason for your refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation, such as emails or invoices.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

We do not issue refunds for the following services or products:

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered.

  • Services that have been cancelled in less than 3 business days prior to agreed-upon delivery date.

  • Services that have been cancelled due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters or force major events.

  • Digital products or Courses / Programs

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
